Kenzie Made Creations offers handmade products, including tumblers, decals, vinyl items, and other handmade goods. Because items are handmade, slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Orders & Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, payment processing, or order information. If a paid order is canceled by Kenzie Made Creations, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, colors, sizing, and other personalization information before submitting an order.
Kenzie Made Creations is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer. Custom and personalized products are final sale once production has begun.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Kenzie Made Creations is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside of our control.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with or listed for each product. Kenzie Made Creations is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, washing, storage, installation, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
Decals
Customers are responsible for proper installation of vinyl decals. Results may vary depending on the application surface and installation method. Kenzie Made Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or removal.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, product descriptions, branding, and other original content created by Kenzie Made Creations may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
